The research explores the efficacy of Emotional AI in customizing educational experiences through in-depth surveys and examinations of the literature, carefully analyzing the advantages of this technology as well as the privacy concerns that come with it. As AI becomes more prevalent in society, especially in the form of chatbots and other AI-driven technologies, education technology (Edtech) becomes a key area for its use. The study methodology takes an approach including survey development, data analysis using statistical methods, and thematic analysis of the literature. This work is important because it adds to our understanding of how artificial intelligence (AI), and more especially emotional AI, is developing in the field of education. The research helps educators, policymakers, and technologists by carefully examining the privacy concerns and effectiveness of Emotional AI in customized learning through Edtech. The findings address societal viewpoints and highlight the necessity for responsible deployment, offering vital insights into the beneficial effects of emotional AI on individualized learning experiences. In the end, the research shapes a more knowledgeable, inclusive, and morally sound approach to AI adoption in educational settings by directing the creation of ethical frameworks and influencing choices on the integration of emotional AI in the classroom.
