Abstract

This research essay shall be exploring the sustainability of the individual components used to construct the most fundamental working of a solar lamp. This is an attempt to explore the sustainability of the most cost effective sustainable source of energy, that seems like the next best alternative for the future. Apart from this, the paper also specifically explores ways through which lamps can increase their efficiency without increasing their costing by a huge margin. As the major theme of the essay, the essay shall highlight the role of each of the components used in the lamp, the characteristics of those and shall be analysing various aspects to reach upon the conclusion of whether they are sustainable or not.
